A feature for any size of property
We have built everything from a single bubbling basalt column beside a front entry to a full recirculating stream running the length of a rural back yard. What suits your property depends on the grade you have to work with, how close you want it to the house, and how much maintenance you genuinely want to take on.

Pondless is worth considering
If you like the sound and the movement but not the algae, the netting and the fish, a pondless waterfall gives you the whole effect with the reservoir hidden in gravel below grade. There is no open water, which matters if you have small children, and maintenance drops to topping up the basin and cleaning a pump screen.
It is also considerably cheaper to build than an equivalent pond, so more of the budget goes into the rock work you actually see.
Built to survive a Spokane winter
Liners are heavy-duty EPDM over protective underlayment, plumbing is sized properly so pumps are not fighting the head height, and everything is set up to be winterised without dismantling it. Where a pond stays running through the cold we plan a de-icer or aeration point in from the start.
Rock is placed to look like it belongs, not stacked in a ring — that is the difference between a water feature and a bathtub with boulders around it.
