Hardscaping is the part of your yard that does not grow back — the patio you eat dinner on, the wall holding your slope in place, the driveway that has to survive another Spokane freeze. Get it right once and it looks after itself for decades.

Built for the freeze-thaw cycle
Most failed hardscape in the Inland Northwest fails underneath, not on top. Water gets trapped in a shallow base, freezes, lifts the surface and the joints open up. That is why we spend as much time on excavation, geotextile, compacted road mix and drainage as we do on the pattern you actually see.
Every base we build is compacted in lifts and graded to move water away from your foundation. It is the least glamorous part of the job and the reason our patios still sit flat ten winters later.

The person who walks the property with you is the person who prices it and the person who is on site while it is built. Nothing gets handed off to a sub you have never met, and nothing gets guessed at on the fly.
You get a written scope with materials named, a start window and a realistic finish date. If we hit something unexpected underground — and in Spokane, sometimes we do — you hear about it the same day, with options and a number.
