Sprinkler System Repair
Brown patches, a zone that will not start, a geyser where a head used to be, or a water bill that has quietly doubled — irrigation problems are usually cheap to fix and expensive to ignore.
We repair, service and winterise systems we installed and plenty we did not. Call (509) 276-6894.

Common faults we fix
Most call-outs come down to one of these:
- Broken, sunken or misaligned heads
- Cracked lateral lines and fittings after a freeze
- Valves stuck open or not opening at all
- Failed solenoids and cut or corroded wiring
- Controller and Wi-Fi programming faults
- Backflow device leaks and failed tests
- Low pressure and poor coverage
Spring start-up and winter blowout
Coming out of a Spokane winter, systems should be brought up slowly with the main charged gradually so the pressure surge does not blow fittings. We run every zone, check every head, adjust arcs and reprogram the controller for the season.
In the autumn, blowing the lines out with compressed air is not optional here — water left in a lateral will split it. We use regulated pressure and clear every zone properly rather than a quick pass that leaves water sitting in the low points.
Diagnosis before parts
We find the actual fault before replacing anything. A dead zone is often a five-dollar solenoid or a wire nut that corroded through, not the valve or the controller — and swapping parts until it works is your money, not ours.
You get told what is wrong, what it costs and what happens if it is left.
Book a repair or winterisation
Autumn blowout slots fill quickly, so it is worth calling before the first hard frost is forecast.
