Design that fits the house you already have
We are not interested in dropping a catalogue patio into your backyard. Before anything is priced we look at where the sun lands in the afternoon, where you actually walk, how the roofline sheds water and what the house is clad in. The paver colour and pattern get chosen after that, not before.
If you want to see options, we can lay physical samples on the ground in the space so you are choosing in real light instead of off a screen.
Materials we work with
We are a Belgard-trained installer and stock from suppliers who are set up for this climate, but we are not locked to one brand. Concrete pavers, permeable pavers, quarried flagstone, basalt, segmental block and natural boulder all get used depending on what the site and the budget call for.
Whatever goes down, it is rated for Spokane freeze-thaw and set on a base built to carry it.
Commercial and residential
Alongside residential yards we take on HOA common areas, apartment courtyards, restaurant patios and small commercial entries. Those jobs come with different pressures — access, tenants, ADA-compliant slopes, phasing so half the space stays open — and we plan for them up front rather than discovering them in week two.
