Full landscape installation
On new builds and complete redos we start with grade. Water has to leave the house before anything decorative goes in, so we correct slope, add drainage where the lot needs it, then move to bed layout, soil amendment, planting, sod and mulch.
Beds get cut with a clean defined edge and a depth of mulch or rock that will actually suppress weeds rather than just tinting the dirt.
Renovating a tired yard
Plenty of Spokane yards do not need starting over — they need the overgrown junipers out, the beds reshaped, the lawn edge redefined and something interesting put back in. That is often a two- or three-day job and it changes the whole front of the house.
We are happy to quote that as readily as a full build.
